Due to IP-related issues, Claude is banning accounts on a daily basis. Are there any service provide

Because I’m Chinese, my Claude accounts keep getting banned—is anyone offering a managed hosting service for small-scale instances?

  • If you don’t have any money, are you planning to go to another country to beg?

Can't even think why you bring the topic of being beggars. You should find a job in other countries or taiwan or get CN remote job. Thailand, Vietnam is pretty good

You can use another model like Baidu to prevent being banned.

  • Just get a Taiwan or Japan VPS with enough cores as a cloud computer, and use that location's payment info.

Claude may become suspicious if they see DC IP.

I run Claude Code on a few different European/American VPSs with no problem [yet]

Edit: I pay with a European credit card and European contact details, which may be relevant here...but I wouldn't ever run it on my personal devices, so I only use VPSs

Then maybe add in a residential proxy or CF warp.

I heard claude is mainly indexing Chinese users via time zones, language (both talked, browser language and os language, etc) and other files on the computer, beyond payment info and IP locations.

  • from mainland here, so i feel this. as far as i know the bans are more about datacenter ip ranges and the payment/phone region than the host itself, so a managed box might not fix it. are you needing a clean exit ip, or an actual machine to run stuff on? that changes what i'd look at.

I believe I need a service provider that offers a perfect IP address; I intend to use it for remote work via a VPS.

Hi, you don't have this problem if you use Anthropic Console and not claude subscription

There are land bridge between China and North Korea.

Nah its fine, they expect this, what with cloud agents and VPS's and openclaw/hermes boxes

Claude API isn't available in China either. You can try using a transit station.

Best bet is to do the following:

    • Cheap VPS in US/Europe
    • US payment method (e.g. virtual card funded with crypto)
    • Crucially, US timezone (yes, Claude Code fingerprints on timezone)

Run all dev work on that box.

Or if you don't want to go through all that hassle go on linux.do and find a transit station

I mean if you are already lying with other payment method, they care much less with API calls via key compared to subscription login.

Which virtual card funded with crypto would you recommend?

    • Crucially, US timezone (yes, Claude Code fingerprints on timezone)

Not only timezone, even work hours. If your request concentrate on China time but your OS is US time, you would also be flagged. That's why I suggested using places closer, such as Japan or other UTC+7 to UTC+9 countries.

  • Everything I hear about the big AI labs seem kind of customer-hostile. Openrouter lets you try multiple providers and filter out ones who do data retention, etc. If Claude specifically is not a requirement, maybe you could look into something like that (not 100% sure if it's available in China)

what is the problem? you don't have many visa free countries to go but it's pretty easy to leave if you really want it

Why Chinese want to use claude when they have deepseek, xiaomi mimo and others? Why?

I can imagine the quality of the translations and slang used.

Not so easy. They just restricted traveling even harder.

Because it's STOA. Everyone wants good things, and especially when you don't want to give it out.

  • A friend of mine was using a VPS with static residential IP, even had his system time zone set to match and everythin'. anthropic's been merciless and still nuked his account. sheesh

from my experince, opus 5.5 vs gpt 6 astra is like 6:4, but in China, it's like 9:1, GPT is 100% working in China

Why? It's not like they voted for this.
