We're a small provider with our own AS215365, based in Eygelshoven, NL. Traffic is unmetered with no monthly cap on a 10 Gbps shared port, and VPN use is fine with us. If your customers care about where an IP shows up, we can also set the GeoIP per IP to the country you need.
For a VPN node our EPYC 1G at 1.49€/mo is usually enough to start, with 1 core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB NVMe. If you need more headroom, the configurator lets you pick cores, RAM and disk independently, starting at 3.84€/mo.
