[WTB] Hong Kong VPS — Zenlayer Downstream / Pure Zenlayer Network Preferred

I'm looking for a cheap VPS in Hong Kong from a Zenlayer downstream provider/reseller.
The main requirement is the network/provider relationship, not the VPS specifications.
Requirements
Location: Hong Kong
Zenlayer downstream preferred
Preferably pure/direct Zenlayer network
KVM preferred, but I'm flexible
IPv4 required
IPv6 is optional
Any reasonable CPU/RAM/storage configuration is fine
Bandwidth/traffic: flexible
No requirement for China-optimized routing
No requirement for low latency to mainland China
Price
The cheaper, the better.
I'm mainly looking for a low-cost VPS, including small/low-spec plans.
If you have an old node, budget plan, reseller plan, or other inexpensive Hong Kong VPS running on Zenlayer, please feel free to offer it.

Zenlayer? Please check their price, nobody running something there will provide low-end stuff. Their cost per TB of bandwidth in HK is close to 20$ (only traffic)

If you can pay annually, you can choose more high-end configurations
For context, Zenlayer's own entry-level Hong Kong VPS is currently around $7.80/month, and with traffic costs it would be roughly $9/month for my use case.
I only need the VPS to monitor/test the Zenlayer network, so spending around $9/month just for that purpose doesn't make much sense for me.
That's why I'm specifically looking for a Zenlayer downstream/reseller, where a small VPS around $5/month or less would make more sense.
I'm very flexible on CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, etc. — the Zenlayer network itself is the main thing I'm looking for.

I'm sorry but you won't find any zenlayer reseller offering anything at 5$.
Zenlayer is company focused on high-end customers offering premium networking and same applies to anyone dealing with them, therefore the best you could do is trying to find other provider in HK hosted in any of the facilities they operate, but obviously the network quality and peering won't be the same as Zenlayer. If you are looking for a premium network, you will need to pay for it.
Then why post when you are unable to provide the one requirement that OP has?

@Warcom is right. Hong Kong egress is $0.017/GB — $17.40 per TB.
That's expensive, no argument from me.
But it's a per-region price, not one company-wide rate. Los Angeles
is $0.007/GB, so $7.16 per TB. Less than half.
@amed — our Hong Kong entry plan is 1 vCPU / 1 GB at $4.72/mo, plus
$1 for the 20 GB disk and $3 for the IPv4. $8.72 all in. Your $7.80
guess was close.
I can't get you to $5 in Hong Kong. Billing is per second though, so
if you only need the box during tests, you don't pay for a full month.
