  If I know more about your stack, I can propose a solution, to reduce your budget to under $500/month, for the same purpose, and more stable. (only the ram/cpu requirements need to reconsider. Storage, 10gbps, dmca are easy).

  (In super short: optimization. in short: change storage to object storage service, hide them (and dmca) behinds 10x 1gbps lines, cache well to reduce everything by 20x and you probably need only one 1Gbps for current usages... Also cache anything to save computation, too. you probably need 10- vcore vps only - I did the same thing for some video projects, 20x better on every terms. but I guess yours is about files...)

  tbh €2k for real 10G unmetered + that much NVMe + fully DMCA ignored doesnt sound crazy. the $1k budget walked into the wrong datacenter.
