If possible, could you please swap the CPU for the EPYC 9275F? The extra performance would be very welcome. Thanks!

The freebie has been assigned! We also had some space available on the 9275F, so we managed to fit you there as well. Enjoy! o:)

    Hello,

We’re currently sold out of all Budget VPS plans, so we’ve enabled preorders for all Budget VPS packages.

All new orders will be placed on preorder, and we’ll deploy them as soon as new stock becomes available. This would be the best way to secure your spot.

We’re also working on adding more capacity so we can return all Budget VPS plans to instant deployment as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, that wouldn’t be possible at the moment, as we currently don’t have the capacity for it.

    CHANGES FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2026

    Hello!

Starting from 1st October 2026, the price of Budget VPS 1 will increase by €1 per quarter, from €9.99/quarterly to €10.99/quarterly.

After the increase, the promotional price will be €8.24/quarterly with the current discount.

This change will only apply to new orders, so existing customers will keep their current price. All other Budget VPS packages will remain at the same price.

If you’ve been considering purchasing a Budget VPS 1 from us but have been hesitating, now is the perfect time to secure it at the current price. :)

I have another question (perhaps someone else might be able to help). I’ve switched to manual installation, but I can’t select an ISO file. How do I access them? Up until now, I’ve been used to being able to upload them myself, after which they’re available for 24 hours.

    | MAINTENANCE - BUDGET NODES|

    Hello,

We will be performing maintenance on our Budget nodes to add additional uplink capacity.

Nodes will be rebooted individually during the maintenance. There are currently no issues with our Budget nodes; this is a preventive upgrade to ensure sufficient capacity and consistent speeds for all customers.

This is also part of our ongoing expansion of the Budget lineup, with additional nodes being added. All new capacity will already include these upgrades.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I’m also having problems with DNS timeouts. However, they only happen ‘once’; later queries (to other hosts) then go through without any issues. But the next day, it starts again.

I’m using Debian 13 and have added resolv_conf_options="single-request timeout:1" to /etc/resolvconf.conf, then updated it with resolvconf -u.

That’s a workaround, but it’s not a good solution. If you hear anything from support, please let me know.

your ai system looks like not helpfull at all unfortunately.

i've asked simple question in first request - any dns resolving issues are ongoing or not.

if there is everything fine on your side - i just gonna try wipeout vps and trying clean install then, no worries.

If you hear anything from support, please let me know.

thank you so much for the reply and tip. i gonna try it too.

the only thing that i heard from support that im dumb cause im not decided to talk with ai bot on ticket, lol.

timeout set to 1 is just accelerated "timed out" error output :)

just done the trick by using dnscrypt-proxy. its a pity trick so i gonna clean install on vps and try standart udp queries again.

@DK87 said: your ai system looks like not helpfull at all unfortunately.

It may seem like that, but our AI bot is mainly there to gather information rather than handle more complex questions.

It’s there to help our support team by asking the simple initial questions, so our team already has the necessary information when they review the ticket and doesn’t have to ask you the same questions again. :)

No one mentioned anything like that. We simply asked you to answer the questions our AI asked, and now that you’ve answered them, the issue has been clearly identified as your Firewall Manager not being configured properly.

Forwarded from the Technical Team: As mentioned in the ticket, you have set DROP as the default action on your VPS. This means you need to explicitly add the ports you want to use.

You are currently trying to use a port that is not enabled in your Firewall Manager rules, which you have configured yourself.

none of ai bot questions and suggestions was relevant to the issue.

i've wiped out vps to default, set the firewall to "Symmetric No Decetion" and left 53 udp port open. will monitor situation tomorrow, cause of first time issue came approx after 1 day.

that was not so obvious for me that basic firewall set will drop randomly round-trippin outgoing udp dns request too :)
