    last night was my first time ordering and it goes smoothly.
    Several question about mu subscription:

    • on 1st post it said unlimited mailbox, but on dashboard its limited to 15 mailbox.
    • can i change domain name on my service manually ? or must be via ticket? or maybe just create new domain than delete the old one?
    • can i change default user on direct admin then delete it? because the name is kinda unusable for me and it used the mailbox quota.

    Hey @alveox ,

    The plan advertized on this post is Flash Mini, which has an unlimited mailbox, however the plan you purchased was Micro Plus, which has  limited mailboxes. The primery domain can be changed at any time by following this guide: https://help.mailbig.net/hc/docs/articles/1788253512-change-rename-edit-primery-domain

    The default email user created automatically was system mail, we do not allow you edit or delete that email, we use it to troubleshoot and resolve issues within your account. However, I have added an additional mailbox globally to that plan.
