Looking for storage vps
"I'm looking for a VPS with the following specs:
Storage: Around 2TB. I'm fine with HDD as long as it has SSD caching for decent I/O performance — 4K read/write should be at least several tens of MB/s.
Bandwidth: At least 4TB/month, or unlimited. I'm also open to plans with a data cap that throttle speed after the limit is reached.
Network: Minimum 1Gbps port speed.
Budget: 4 -5 USD per month.

However, since you had no requirements on vcpu/ram, I wonder if standard block storage is enough for you. In that case ondiel had

I've used them; their servers lack SSD caching, so read and write speeds are extremely slow.
How much does a server with a 1TB hard drive cost per month in euros? Are your discounts one-time or recurring?

2TB HDD + SSD caching at $4-5/month exists but the caching quality varies a lot, look closely at the cache tier size and whether it's bcache/lvmcache or just marketing, and verify the actual 4K random IOPS in benchmarks before committing.

If the type of IP is important any storage VPS would get a random IP from one of these pools

The server model with the E5-2697A CPU is out of stock; only the model with the E7-4830 CPU remains available. Will the E5-2697A model be restocked?
We have no current set date on these being restocked although the E7 are quad CPU which are selling out quickly too
Could I buy the E7 version for now, and then swap it for the E5 once it’s back in stock?
We can review that at the time as we have no timeframe on more hardware with the same drives and CPU being restocked by our provider, they are facing an issue with a drive shortage at the moment on the larger sized drives.
Alright, let's decide then. If it can't be transferred, I don't mind.
