  • Good Luck!

  • Sounds like I'll pass anyway based on everyone's comments, but...

What does that * mean? Usually that means there's some small print somewhere with a comment like "only possible between 06:00 and 06:01 on Sundays". What does it mean here?

What do you mean? How is there fair use on a fixed amount of traffic? Am I not allowed to use it all?

Your T&Cs don't say anything about fair use either.

    Hello,

Customers are allowed to use the full amount of traffic allocated to their server. However, the traffic must not be used for DDoS attacks or other abusive/illegal activities intended to clog or disrupt the network.

  • GLWS!

  • Worst experience I had with a VPS provider, don't recommend it at all (100% scam).
    Here what happened with dates:

    Date Details
    8/9/2026 Bought EPYC 7443P (2 vCores - 4GB ram - 50 GB SSD) for $20.
8-12/9/2026 Great experience, Zero lag, working very well. Let's say it was about (GB6: ~2000), (didn't test it)
12-15/9/2026 So laggy that I can't even type in the SSH terminal (steal time ~70%), I waited for it to improve, but nothing.
    here (yabs) (GB6: ~320)
15/9/2026 I requested an upgrade to Ryzen 9 9950X (2 vCores - 4 GB RAM - 50 GB SSD), Witold (owner of Servitro) agreed and asked me to pay $15 extra.
17/9/2026 Paid $15, upgraded the server to Ryzen 9 9950X (1 vCore - 4 GB RAM - 50 GB SSD) (yabs) (GB6: ~1200). After agreeing on 2 vCores, he upgraded it with only 1 vCore, and yet there was still some improvement compared to EPYC 7443P (2 vCores - 4 GB RAM - 50 GB SSD).
On the same day, I asked for 2 vCores upgrade and got no response.
20/9/2026 He downgraded the VPS to the new CPU EPYC 7763 (1 vCore - 4 GB RAM - 50 GB SSD) (yabs) (GB6: ~520) without telling anyone
21/9/2026 Replied me: "The migration was scheduled to avoid any downtime during the quick maintenance. It will be moved back today."
22/9/2026 Yes, words as usual, and nothing happened, still with CPU EPYC 7763 (1 vCore - 4 GB RAM - 50 GB SSD), and don't read his words, be sure they are just words without doing anything. You may read his old discussions: same words over and over and the same experience for clients e.g. 216987

    So?
The past 14 days: for 4 days, I had a great VPS experience, then 5 days of an unusable VPS until the upgrade, then 3 days of a Medium VPS experience, then 2 days with an unusable VPS.

This is how the scam happened, as said here by CacheMeOutside:

Yeah I cancelled my box there. You will get what you pay for a few months if you are a new user, and then the problems start - resources get stolen, even a simple "apt update" becomes unbearably slow. Judging by a comment below with "High Order Volume: We recently experienced an unprecedented surge in orders." this seems to be the business model. Attract new subs, then steal their resources for newer subs (oversell hard). Retention is not important.

The prices and offers push you to get annual plan, and this is part of the scam process.
The company seems to have only one person (Witold), the owner, who messages you in the support ticket reference

There are weird things happening in this company.
They relocate too much, and they removed Stripe lately and force you to use PayPal or crypto.

Here a pdf link with all DMs with Servitro (Witold) and support tickets.

    Hello,

Calling us a scam is not appropriate. We are always willing to work with our customers and can provide refunds even after the 7-day refund policy has expired, on a pro-rata basis where applicable.

We have been operating for almost two years now. While we have faced a few issues along the way, our team has consistently worked to identify and resolve them.

My support tickets message proves this on day 8, I asked for a refund and you replied, we have just issues as usual, prove you are not a scam by refunding me after 15 days, as I still have not got what I paid for.

    Hello,

We’re happy to offer you a refund. Simply update the ticket confirming your refund request, and it will be processed within 24 hours.

PayPal is also a safer option for customers, as it offers buyer protection on eligible purchases.

I purchased the AMD EPYC 7443P Virtual-1 under this promotion and opened a ticket for the advertised 2x CPU + 2x disk upgrade (Ticket #PVS-622918). The ticket is currently still open.

I also ran an idle CPU test on my EPYC 7443P VPS using mpstat. The average CPU steal was 22.71% over the test, with several samples above 20%.

Is this expected on the current node, or is there a planned capacity/hypervisor upgrade for this?

    edit:
I got the double vCPU and disk 1-2 days after I created the ticket.

    GB6 score:
    Single core: 447
    Multi core: 566
    https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/19194843

The extra core adds close to zero extra in real use because the physical cores is already oversold.

Hey, we have scheduled the upgrade for the next 2–3 days. I have also mentioned and informed you about this above.

hi can you please take a look at ticket #OSW-020993 its been more than 3 days the os boot keeps failing no matter which os i choose, also a suggestion if its possible to add vnc type terminal view even if such failure occurs so people can debug themselves, this console view is already shown when vps is working so should be possible to enable during error as well.

    Edit:
Also if its not possible to fix this and cpu steal issue i would like to request refund as it was functional for just a day barely for me with lots of lag, for reference i have 1gb vps from another provider and its instant, i understand it could be ping or some other limitation, will add this text in ticket as well as it seems to be the requirement

    Thanks

I think it is if you are silently changing the hardware to something other than what the customer paid for.

  • Due to the extremely cpu steal I asked for a refund as well, but not received it yet and 24 hours have passed long before.

  • JinjoJinjo Member

I asked for a refund, and they asked for a reason. I explained that the CPU steal and poor disk I/O make the VPS unusable for me. No response since then (4 days).

I've now received a refund via PayPal...the lack of communication leaves a bad taste in my mouth
