Looking for a VPS provider with servers located in US
The service must offer DDoS protection and high-speed network performance.
While I'm primarily interested in US-based locations, I specifically require VPS plans with at least BGP optimization for China connectivity (or even better routing). I prefer Los Angeles, but central US locations like Missouri are also acceptable.
The VPS will be used for corporate website hosting. Before purchasing, I need to know your CPU usage policies (such as fair use policies or CPU limits).
I would greatly appreciate any VPS provider or service recommendations that meet these requirements.

There's no policies concerning CPU usage. All of our hypervisors have at least 48 CPU cores with plenty of breathing space (almost all our hypervisors are under 30% usage even at peak times).
By the way, we have a promotion active where we're offering double CPU cores, bandwidth or disk space. All you have to do is comment your order number over here.
