No KYC, and crypto that isn't outsourced

Signup takes an email and a password. We don't ask for ID at signup, at payment, or later. There is no stage at which we request documents.

Bitcoin and Monero go through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server, not a third-party processor. Other altcoins via CoinPayments, and PayPal or Wise if you want fiat.

The site itself runs no Google Analytics, no Google Ads tracking and no reCAPTCHA. Our own captcha, our own analytics.

Full root, self-service reinstall and console from the client area. Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky and MikroTik RouterOS CHR 7.2 in the OS dropdown.

Support is 24/7 and handled in-house by the same people who run the infrastructure. No outsourced first line, no scripts.

Happy to answer hardware, network, routing or payment questions.

If you run a simple WHOIS you will see that it's not related to Hetzner in any way/shape or form and that our new Cloud infrastructure is in Turku not Helsinki, our own servers, own rackspace. Thank you.

Correct, DMCA is US law and doesn't apply in the EU. Copyright complaints in the EU go through notice-and-takedown under EU/national law, and we only act on a valid court order. Worth noting, and it's in our AUP/TOS, that our dedicated servers stay with Hetzner in Finland for now, so anything on those still runs through Hetzner's abuse handling, but that's the dedicated solutions only, and is not applicable to the future Cloud solutions.

Moving away from Hetzner is actually one of the drivers here, they're very aggressive on DMCA-style takedowns even though it's not German or Finnish law.

On our new cloud locations we're published as the abuse contact ourselves, and we deal with abuse as we see fit.
