Any providers like old kimsufi that still give general 16+IP's when you purchase a service?
I know there are others at this time but maybe they still provide? anyone that has links be appreciated

Your request is too wide-open though, need more spec details and overall budget.

Ovh charges $2.40 per month for each additional ipv4.
Thanks guys this is what I going for.
For other providers: I don't want to pay for additional IPV4 I can do that anyone simply looking for providers that over provision them for services like NOCIX and old Kimsufi.

Not what i said, in the slightest infact furthest thing from it, specifically said hosts with surplus IP like NOCIX that provide X amount free as a inclusion of there service costs
I have multiple $10 servers with 5, 12 and 16 IP's included free of cost.
If that was another provider at $2.50/IP it would surpass the server price alone, so in that context it's what i'd consider free as a running cost.
