I am looking for a budget-friendly storage VPS mainly for seeding on strictly Private Trackers (PT only, no public torrents, no DMCA hassle).
Here are my detailed requirements:

- Port Speed: 500Mbps or higher (1Gbps preferred)
- Bandwidth: Preferably unmetered (or generous traffic like 5TB - 10TB+, fair-use / throttled after quota is acceptable)
- Budget: Max €5 / $6 per month
- Billing: Monthly payment only
- RAM: 1GB+ (enough for running qBittorrent/Transmission via Docker)
- Location: EU or US (EU preferred for better peering)
- Payment Method: PayPal, Credit Card, or Alipay
