Anywhere in EU
up to 5 bucks/month (only per month billing)
You must be okay with me sending your AS and noc email in my ripe application!

Shouldn't it be the other way around? You already have a plan for your network, and then you apply for the ASN?
RIPE doesn't recommend getting an ASN just for the sake of having one, since it wastes storage space in every ISP's routers.

BGP session and BYOIP is supported (IPv6 too) and comes with a $10 setup fee.
