RAM = 8 GB
Uplink = 1G / 10G = Bandwidth minimum 5 - 10Tera bytes uplink only.
Locations = Madrid, Johannesburg, Mumbai, Singapore.
If those Cores are dedicated (Like not too much shared), My budget for per vm is 20 USD per month.
