    I'm about to order the Dual Xeon Gold 6138 (CHI, $249.95/mo) and have two
    questions before I commit:

    1. Bandwidth overage — if I exceed the 330TB/month allowance on the 10Gbps
      port, what exactly happens?
    • Can I purchase additional data packs / overage add-ons instead of being
      capped?
    • At what point does the speed cap apply (e.g., after sustained usage over
      a period, or measured on the 2-hour average)?
    1. Port type — is the 10Gbps port dedicated and guaranteed for this server
      alone, or is it a shared / fair-use port? If shared, what's the realistic
      sustained throughput I should expect, and is there a guaranteed minimum?

    Also, whether there's a bandwidth usage dashboard or API so I can
    monitor my usage against the 330TB limit?

    Dual Xeon Gold 6138 (CHI, $249.95/mo) has two promo's currently $50 off monthly coupon and double bandwidth 10 Gbps / 660TB ($100 value)

    If you exceed the 660TB essentially 2 Gbps bi-directional unlimited /mo, you can upgrade to 10 Gbps unlimited + $500 /mo

    We do not cap the port, you'd be notified in a ticket.

    Yes, all 10 Gbps server ports are dedicated and share a multi Tbps backbone.

    We haven't implemented this feature yet, we will soon. In the meantime, you can install your own monitoring solution on the server. We can provide graphs if requested in a ticket.
