    as I recall vps-1 was only 200Mbps and I didn't took it for that reason, so nice upgrade but still a bit pricey

    How would you get a Localzone VPS now? I don't see it as an option. I've got Atlanta and New York City for example. I don't see how someone would buy that with the 2027 VPS line.

    Does not look to be selling well at the new price. With the old price point, most plans would be sold out, now lots of stock it seems.

    Got an email from OVH to let me know that the bandwidth had been increased on my 2027 VPS-1, from 200 to 500 mb/s. And it indeed has been increased:

    Eranium | Amsterdam, NL (100G) | 487 Mbits/sec | 488 Mbits/sec | 16.9 ms

    Hm and I got the same where they upped the bandwidth on LZ ones from 400 to 1000 (VPS-1 LZ 2025, they called them 2027 in the mail). But: still the old price (upgraded in Spring, but missed the second hike in late Spring).

    So a this is a 1gbps unmetered vps for $8.5/m with 4 vcpu and 8gb RAM now.

    (OVH just has too much bw capacity).

    yea OVH giving out bw like its free. I got a lottery 10G up and down KS-6 from another LET member pushing 3G and used 1PB of bw last month.

    We still have to buy hardware at inflated prices (so, we will use it even after bubble bursts), but overall you are right. No one lowers the pricing once they raised it.
