[Request] Truly unmetered 1Gbps dedi for caching, ~$40–60/mo, US or EU

Looking for a cheap dedicated box for a caching / media-delivery workload.

Requirements:
- Bandwidth: genuinely unmetered 1 Gbps, saturable 24/7, NOT a TB cap, NOT "unlimited*" fair-use that gets throttled/suspended for constant use. This is the #1 requirement; please don't pitch a 20/30/100TB quota.
- RAM: 32 GB+ preferred (16 GB workable).
- CPU: 6+ cores, older Xeon/Ryzen totally fine.
- Disk: Hot-cache box: 1 TB+ NVMe/SSD
- Location: US (East/Central preferred) or EU. Flexible.

Details:
- Budget: ~$40–60/mo to start. Will scale to multiple boxes / 10 Gbps if the first one performs.
- Use case: Content caching, high sustained outbound.
- Payment: crypto (BTC/XMR/USDT) preferred, card possible.
- Term: monthly to start, annual if it's a good fit.
- Instant/auto-deploy is a plus.

Would have gone with Nocix $40/mo 32GB DDR4/1TB NVME but seems to be out of stock unfortunately.

@jayjay from mlnl.host should be able to offer, but please make sure if they are okay with you saturating the link. Often times a dedicated 1Gbps uplink costs more than $40-60/month.

I would also look at OneProvider/Scaleway.
@1GServers have some good deals on 1G Unmetered servers in US West.
@Mevspace can provide some nice Ryzen Dedis with real unmetered 1G.

If you are willing to up your budget, its hard to beat onlyservers 25G and, 1Gservers's true unmetered 10G offers. @GTHost has some nice 2G unmetered options too.

Probably in the future. I was looking at 1gservers' 10G offers but that's for when I scale (eventually)
