Looking for Dedicated Server (DMCA/Abuse Forwarding) – 32GB+ RAM – Budget $100–120

sujeetsujeet Member

I'm looking for a dedicated server within a budget of $100–120/month.

Requirements:

32GB RAM or more
Good CPU (Ryzen, EPYC, Xeon or similar)
120–256GB SSD for Ubuntu 24.04
2TB NVMe
12TB+ HDD
1 Gbps port
Unlimited bandwidth (Desicated)

Abuse Policy:
I'm looking for a provider that forwards DMCA/abuse reports to me instead of suspending the server immediately.

I don't receive many abuse reports, and whenever I receive a valid report, I normally take action within 1–6 hours by reviewing and removing the reported content if necessary.

Payment:

Crypto preferred (BTC, LTC, USDT, etc.)

If you have a server that matches these requirements, please let me know the location, monthly price, and setup time.

    Haha, no worries. 😄

We already operate multiple servers with around 500 Gbps of network capacity and roughly 1.5 PB of storage, so it's not that I can't find servers. I'm just looking for the right provider.

We run a user-upload platform, and in around 13 years we've received fewer than 100 valid abuse reports. If one comes in, we normally review it and take action within 1–6 hours.

That's why I'm specifically looking for a provider that forwards DMCA/abuse reports instead of suspending the server immediately. Even a one-hour suspension can cost far more than the monthly server bill.

So yes, I'm still looking—but I'm looking for the right fit, not just another server. 🙂

We definitely can increase the budget if it makes sense, but every project has its own budget. It's not like we're buying just one server and that's it.

For us, the decision isn't based only on price. It depends on the provider's network, service quality, hardware, support, abuse-handling policy, and overall reliability. If all of those make sense, we're happy to pay more.

why individuals always refers to themselves as "us"? is it to give more credibility to their project, like there's a whole blown team behind it? should i ask Gemini instead?
