I applied for a refund on June 1st, and as of today—August 1st—it still hasn't been issued. ClawCloud has completely lost all credibility.

Yeah, well I had the same, and after using 20GB in 5 months, they permanently throttled me to 10mbps. Their explanation? The machine it was hosted on is limited to 1Gbps and if you use too much instantaneous bandwidth you get permanently throttled. This limitation isn't documented anywhere, nor will they revert it. So, using about 2% of my bandwidth allowance in the 5th month (previously it had been idling, and I was finally setting it up and copying some files onto it) was sufficient to trigger their scam.
The laughable thing - actually using the "high" bandwidth to copy my stuff onto the machine, the entire sync took about 30 seconds. And again, this limitation isn't mentioned anywhere and was a tiny fraction of my monthly allowance.
Absolute scammers. I hope their business fails so they never get to scam anyone else again.
Scam businesses rarely fail, they rebrand and keep going but they hardly fail.
You will do business with them again for sure, probably multiple times.
