Any discount if it just need a move to another rack in FMT2? Do you have any storage or memory to sell to avoid a flight?
@Chandler Any chance for refunds or replacements for servers I bought in Japan and were suddenly taken away with zero responsibility?
OwO, drama?
Hi
Our partner encountered legal issues, which resulted in the server cabinets being locked. We previously proposed a compensation plan to you—do you recall that?
I have not received a reply from you since then.
How about three for 400 USD, 4948e for free?
We still have some DDR4 32GB and SATA SSDs in stock. I'll refer to current eBay prices for pricing.
If you're interested, Please DM.
It wasn't Our partner encountered legal issues, your partner locked you out of his setup, everything was under his name, and he literally took everything off which was related to you.
6 x servers + new disks, all live, 100+ VMs all gone at once, only saving grace for us was we had backups + another working setup with HostUniversal.
Options I was given was Upselling = buy more servers at once to ship
Few months down the line, you completely forgot that I had bought servers from you + had 1/4 rack colo with you which vanished over night, AND then you again tried to upsell/sell more servers to me.
Then finally half baked 2 servers as compensation with condition to pick by friday or sell to other client with forced "our contract ends here" or you take the warehouse charges/pay more.
In the end, it was same pay more to get your things trap, thus no reply.
Anyway I'm not expecting much at this point, I would rather focus on present and future to ensure steady growth. Its part my fault, that Im blessed to be working with many cordial and warm providers/techs in the industry that I expect same amount of professionalism and accountability from everyone.
Lots of love for @Zare @veloxserv @hyonix @PureVoltage @HostBilby @Zappie @ManishPant @Patriarch @RansomIT @fiberstate @Abd @host_c @sh97 - Kuroit exists all thanks to your love and support!
Thank you so much everyone!
We have no intention of arguing with you, but I would like to discuss compensation options—such as remote technical support services or server hardware—in a step-by-step manner.
I am willing to keep your goods stored at the TY8 warehouse, provided that you generate a storage order or arrange for someone else to collect the servers.
However, the matter was left pending after you failed to respond to any messages.
To reiterate, I am willing to compensate you for your losses.
You unilaterally cut off communication, yet now you are posting lengthy messages to discuss the issue.
There is nothing left to say.
