  Because people who don't actually understand how to measure CPU performance want something that shows them a single, one-dimensional number to incorrectly compare things against and GB found a niche in that market.

  Should probably be pointed out that Nova is storage oriented thus configured for that specific usage.
  Got some few other rigs but they're actually doing shit ATM so the scoring wouldn't really be fair and also it would probably disturb the non-idling as well.
