At this point, I have already started planning my migration away from CloudCone.

This is no longer about asking for compensation, free upgrades, or special treatment.

    It is about trust.

After the LA incident, forced IPv4 renumbering, long ticket silence, generic support replies, and now a physical datacenter move with up to 24 hours of downtime and zero compensation, I simply do not feel comfortable keeping anything important on this product line anymore.

A VPS provider can be cheap. I understand that.

But cheap should not mean customers have to constantly prepare for the next surprise migration, the next forced reconfiguration, the next downtime window, or the next “please understand our infrastructure strategy” email.

I am not going to wait for the next incident to decide.

I am already preparing to move out.

    Cool story, bro.

I will give $50 to providers that issue IP change to @CloudGone 3-5 weeks after starting their service. That doubles to $100 and $200 for a second and third time spaced a few weeks apart.

No notice emails sent, either, he treats announcements as spam.
