I am looking for a VPS located in the United States. Here are my specific requirements and budget:
Budget: $4/month
Location: Anywhere in the United States
Port Speed: 1 Gbps port
Bandwidth: Unlimited
IP: 1 IPv4 address (IPv6 would be a plus)
Purpose: No torrenting, no public streaming, and no illegal activities. I will fully comply with the service provider’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
If any service providers offer standard or custom plans that meet the above requirements, please leave a link or send me a private message. Recommendations from community members are also very welcome!

You can take a look at CentrixNodes, all of the vps plans we have are unmetered bandwidth on a 1Gbps. We are also based out of New York.

there are a lot of impatient users in offer thread (find DartDay in 'offer' category). maybe they are willing to transfer their vps to you.
One or perhaps two people having an issue and being impatient is one thing. More than that is something else.
If you get overwhelmed by your promotion, you should be more prepared; there isn't really any excuse for it.
