Would need high CPU, CPU performance is the priority. Can be any CPU, as long as the performance to price ratio is high.
Need 10-20 units
CPU: dual eypc 7k62/7763/7v12 or similar.
RAM: 512G ram combination for dual 7763. If say it's single 7763, then 256g would be sufficient.
Disk: 2T SSD. Similar to RAM, if it is a weaker CPU, can be less. 2T is the needed ratio for dual 7763
IP: 64IP for dual 7763.
Bandwidth: 30M or higher.
Price sensitive, send me your best offer.
No location preference, cheaper the better.
Willing to use long term, but unable to sign commitments.
The 10-20x doesn't have to be fulfilled at once or at one location. If there are only one or a few units, happy to take it as well.

That's a lot of setup, you need like /22? (64 x 10 servers) if yes better bring your own, would be cheaper and you will have more options, not all providers hoard unused IPs.
Are you able to prepay several months in advance?
We can have these built up within a week or so. Can be competitive on pricing, but would require a few months prepay.
Commitments and prepaying is the best way to get the lowest prices.
Most people are not wanting to build out a bunch of systems for the cheapest price if it's not already in stock. If there isn't a commit. Unfortunately I won't be able to pay a few months in advance. And without commitment I also wasn't expecting sellers to build new units. So I am more looking for sellers that have hardware already ready. As mentioned in the post, I am open to any hardware as long as it have high value per CPU performance. Xeon platinum, EPYC 7001 7002 7003. Anything that have high performance was good for me.

My budget would be 400 usd for dual 7763 512G.
And i think that you are still in 2023/24 and that you will never get such server with that price except from any scammer, or deadpool soon host.
