I just spoke with Cogent and confirmed that the outage is related to scheduled maintenance. Unfortunately, we did not receive any prior notification regarding this maintenance window. Their team is actively working to complete the work, and service is expected to be restored within the next couple of hours.

For those just joining the discussion, Cogent has confirmed that this is related to scheduled maintenance that is currently in progress. The maintenance is expected to be completed within the next few hours.
Unfortunately, many customers were not notified ahead of time. If we had received advance notice, we would have posted an announcement here before the maintenance window began.
We appreciate everyone's patience and will provide updates as they become available.
