Is there any cheap VPS hosters with a lot of allowed traffic in Baltic countries?
Looking for VPS in the said locations or really close, like Poland. Finland is fine as well, but slightly worse. With traffic limit of 3tb+/month.
Realistically will never use more than 1tb, but it's always good to have some extra margin.
IOPS and CPU - doesn't matter, RAM could be as low as 512mb. 100mbps is fine as well, but more is welcome, even if it's for the part of total traffic limit only.
If there's any dirt cheap deals - I'll gladly bite for three years upfront.
Something around $12-15/y would be comfortable, but will take a look at any available options.

Never used them, but a hetzner reseller in Finland like Caasify should work:
https://caasify.com/cloud-vps
€1/mo for 512MB 1TB bw.
People need to stop taking such prices for granted, realistically this is the price of 1x IPv4.
So it's a razor thin margin for the provider, and if you open a ticket every month asking for OS reinstall (just hypothetical) the provider loses money on such deals.
OVH is good choice if you need VPS in Poland, but you need upgrade to your budget.
@aluy has Finland location, @Chunkserve has Poland location
Their website appears to be completely broken.
IPv4 does not cost 1€/month. Pre-existing allocations are free, rentals are 30ish cents per month.
Hey,
Perhaps our Pico Plan will work in Gdańsk, Poland:
25 EUR/yr
I can throw some extra bandwidth, dm me, if you decide to purchase
Is that it? Honestly I was ready to something like up to $20-22. But 25 EUR min is kinda... not lowend.
True but even if the 1€/m was pure profit (free IP, HW completely paid off already, solar power and facility also completely paid off, no employees, no taxes, ...) it's not going to buy the host a whole lot. If i wait for an offer 1€ would get me 8 buns around here and that's already a pretty good deal...
@SolidVPS might have comething in LT
k.pl, mevspace, skillhost
