It seems you are talking about Arrowtan. No, while he is still there, he no longer the owner of the company. It was acquired in August and is currently under new owners. And yes, he did close stocks last year as he was planning to sell the company along with the fact that there was high amount of instability during the time which, has been more or less eliminated (Miami for example, where we are operating our own hardware).
