Each VPS includes fair-use transfer on a shared upstream allocation. Individual VPS plans are speed-limited according to package to maintain stable service quality for all customers.
These LET special plans are not intended for bandwidth-heavy workloads such as public proxies, CDN-style relay, file distribution, streaming, seedbox/P2P usage, or continuous high-throughput transfer.
Outbound TCP port 25 is blocked by default on all VPS services for anti-spam and network protection. Legitimate SMTP access may be enabled upon request and review.

The looking glass resolves to/uses an IP in India while the speed test files seem to be at FDCservers. Huh? How does this relate to Singapore?
According to ipinfo, the subnet is registerd to Pune, India but its apart of WebHorizon's ASN and their probes do confirm geolocation as Singapore.
Also, why is it limited to 100mbps?

Hi all, my apologies for the looking glass portion. As speed was pointed to my FDC server as test. I have yet to move it forward to my new upstream provider. As part of everything, I'm limiting it temporary to 100 Mbps until I've monitored the network properly. Since it's a 1 Gbps for now, so I had to split it into portions until I've got it up to 10 Gbps.
Yes, speed.svr4u.com is also in Singapore, just both of the upstream provider is different. Whereby current IP addresses are with WebHorizon at JH1 Equinix.
