    The graph clearly shows the suspension point and then the immediate return to PPS attacks afterward—over 3 million packets sent. This is a PPS attack. We do not terminate services without cause, and we do not allow this type of activity on our network.

    If I were intentionally running attacks, do you really think I would be actively responding to your ticket, explaining the situation, and trying to fix it?

    If you had such strong suspicion, you could have accessed the server and verified what was actually running at that time. Instead, I was the one trying to investigate and shut everything down.

    When you said I had 6 hours, I immediately accelerated my actions. I was literally in the process of applying stricter rules to block all I/O except port 22 to isolate the issue completely.

    However, you terminated the service just 3 minutes after that message.

    I had no realistic chance to complete any investigation or mitigation. At that moment, I genuinely did not understand where such traffic could be coming from, as the actual observed traffic on the server side was minimal.

    This situation looks like a misinterpretation or issue on your side, not intentional abuse from mine.

    Also, if I were actually abusing your service, why would I be here publicly trying to explain myself and provide details? There would be no reason for me to do that.

    What’s frustrating is that I signed up during your promotion, and instead of proper investigation, the service was terminated almost immediately — effectively losing my money without a fair chance to resolve the issue.

    I would also like to add that this is the first time I have ever encountered a situation like this.

    If I made any mistakes while trying to mitigate the issue under pressure, that was not intentional — I was acting quickly to resolve what I did not fully understand at the time.

    I am genuinely disappoint

    Well, it happens sometimes. One provider suspended my server for traffic overusage and demanded payment, which was more than the costs of server, yearly. Instead of making a drama I just said bye bye. No need to carry grudge, there are plenty of providers.

    That's because your server has been used as a botnet by hackers to send packets.
