I'm making a simple CDN as a side project, and I want to run some private/closed entry tests, for that I would need some servers in various locations.
I got some providers already in mind, but I want to search if there are others that would suffice my minimum requirements:
- Locations: US, EU, SG (Or close) and SA (Preferably Brazil)
- Network: Minimum of 1Gbps, can be shared.
- Hardware: 6GB of ram, 2vCPU, 50GB of SSD Storage
- Billing: Monthly
For bandwidth, I do not expect to use more than 10 TB, however, I do wish that it is not inside a "fair use policy", even if the fair use would be enough for my requirements, the provider must have a clear pricing on bandwidth or a hard limit on the amount I can use (This is only to prevent problems if something goes horribly wrong or unexpected).
Also define how bandwidth is accounted for (In + Out, only out).
I'm specifically saying that is for a CDN as I have seen some providers not allowing this kind of use of their infrastructure.

I do expect 10TB being more than enough, its only for testing purposes.
