It's a single usable IP in /30, but fully understand it is a bit high end for a Ryzen. We can build something cheaper even with a previous gen lower cost 7.6TB NVMe, probably in the $119 range with a nice EPYC 4345P or 8 core Ryzen. Lead time might be more like 24-48 hours for that however.
