The hypervisor is configured in raid10. There is no Io limit on the HD, we do scan heavily for IO abuse and will limit if we detect abusers.
30 Euro's or 3000Euro's ?

Deal breaker for a VPS plans seems to be this AUP clause:
when i buy something, i would like to be able to use it to the maximum without worries, not just 50%.
Then you don't buy shared. Buy dedicated.
This is how it works, this is how it always worked.
If your current shared/VPS provider allows you do hammer CPU 24/7 for 100% then be grateful, but this is not normal.

Normal for a VPS is you can use 100% of the CPU for a short time, but not all the time. When they see 100% CPU use on a physical node, they will investigate who is using it all, and give that customer a warning or throttling. It's okay if you compile something or your website gets a traffic spike but it's not okay to mine crypto.

2 days ago i order 4gb ram 1400gb HDD plan (60Euro/y), upload speed on Nextcloud is around 80Kbps ~~, spend 2 days to fix the issue, installed different systems, manually/automatic, uploaded all info to support center, ask for refund, still no refund and answers are very rare(have to admit that support is talking polite and kind),
i have a job and family, please refund my 60 euro and we done. Speed on vps itself is really impressive, if use as VPN that's great 5Gbps port, 60TB traffic and things,
server works stable itself, but too slowly that it is taking whole universe time installing something, but it's work, the problem is: Nextcloud upload speed for me 80Kbps or even less, 3GB file is taking 12-14 hours to upload,
i spend 2 days, nothing changed, i have no time for this,
if you don't want to refund me because server got issue, tell me that directly please in my eyes and change it for a 50euro/y Ryzen high power plan with 2c 2b 120gb nvme 50TB data,
but i prefer refund cause it was a server for my family storage,

They are nice people and they will probably refund but I suspect that the issue here is with nextcloud itself not from the vps. If you have the time to test then try lighter file upload alternative or directly upload via ssh

If the upload speed really is around 80Kbps, I agree that this is too slow even if it's acknowledged that Nextcloud itself isn't super fast. Any chance that upload on your home connection is slow in general?
