Do you care about core parking on your Windows VPS ?

Some WINDOWS VPS users complains about CPU core parking, and use software to set 100% performance.

With new Intel CPU (Power & Efficient core), it's a headhache because windows wants firstly use E-core before a used P-core SMT. i'ts sub-optimization. So proc with more P/E ratio will react better.

In general, however, core parking improves performance by preventing inappropriate scheduling to E cores.
Without parked cores, threads will move to the much slower E-cores.

CPU Parking offers responsiveness and performance.
You pay the same for your VPS under windows if it lag or not. This is a cause of poor experience especially for gamers.
