I'm looking for a dedicated server located in the Netherlands with the following requirements:
- 10Gbps uplink
- Support for BYOIP and BYOAS
- Low-latency connectivity to Ziggo and KPN business networks within the Netherlands
- DDoS protection is preferred but not essential
