Than invest into cloudflare. L7 is not strength of traditional anti-DDoS supliers.
I am using cloudfare, but the attack started from my origin server. No matter how I tried to hide it, it must be my certificate that exposed my origin server.
You mean your SSL cert? Cloudflare gets a cert to use for your website and uses that for the end user browser to use and will use yours to talk to your server for them. Also cloudflare offers a cert that they issue and only they accept you can use.
Are you sure your not leaking it another way? Have your tried hosting from a new IP?

But I still want to find a hosting provider that provides ddos protection, because I also suffered UDP attacks up to 400g
If it already is seen then change the IP. Usually certificates give away your server via your hostname, so change everything from your actual domain to something else. You don't even really need to block everything except CloudFlare either. If you want help with it I don't mind if you're willing to share temp access to look over things. I have web hosting clients that are behind CloudFlare and have no problem with the right CloudFlare rules, some who're targeted constantly.
Edit: Or I can give you a deal for a server with standard protection, and help setup everything with CloudFlare properly.
