ReviveHost.com - Addressing the closure and future

ReviveHostReviveHost Member, Host Rep

Hello LET,
Probably not the post anyone wants but here we go:
We would like to address some things regarding ReviveHost and the future of the company.

First off we take full responsibility for what had happened with the sudden closure. We have thought long and hard about what we could’ve done better so we went ahead and have tried to do that.

Now there obviously isn’t any way to change the past besides us moving on and correcting the future. We firstly want to thank those who stayed until the company closed because of that we are offering refunds to anyone who purchased a service within the last 45 days of the company. We also refunded customers who requested them after the closure but we want to extend this offer.

I would like to be absolutely clear here on LET we are also going to be rebranding the business and offering something better - we do not want to hide the fact behind our affiliation and you can make the decision from there. Whether or not the LET community, and moderators allow for that is up for you to decide and not us. Whether or not this will be allowed we will still offer refunds in an attempt to correct the past.

We understand there may be criticism or skepticism, and we respect that. All we ask is that it’s shared honestly — we’re listening and taking it seriously.
