I want a server for v2ray stuff (bypassing internet censorship in iran) . I just care about the bandwidth limit actually but Ideal would be like this
• 4core/8 threads 2,60Ghz (dedicated)
• 8Gb DDR3 ECC RAM
• 30 GB SSD
• 1 or 10Gbit Dedicated Port (250-300TB a month)
• EU Location

Just curious is there easy to bypass ISP censorship in iran?

Actually it depends on news , during Protests it would be so harder . for example during Bloody November (2019–2020 Iranian protests) , We had Intranet like north korea for around a week (there is always some ways to bypass but much harder).
And about the budget I think anything around 30-50$ would be a great deal.
Latency to Iran is pretty similar all around Europe so your only limiting factor is price and if the local ISP actually blocks the network completely and if the European host you pick blocks people from Iran if you're in Iran from ordering.
~ bacloud has budget dedicated servers around $40-50 USD that have 100TB included (maybe you can get a deal), I think in Lithuania only for those.
~ vsys.host has netherlands servers with 1Gbps (unmetered / shared) for $68 USD, and takes crypto.
I checked bacloud but 100TB wouldn't be enough.
And about vsys.host , I checked their servers , it's actually 96$/m but you know , actually It's expensive and I don't think they want to have a customer who uses the port like 100MB/S

but Actually I don't want a large disk like 2-3 TB , 15-20 GB would be enough .
About the ip change , I'm using CDNs like fastly & cloudflare , I don't need any ip change In that way.

Maybe a good idea, to buy a bunch of small vps's and balance the traffic.
Instead of getting a single fat machine with a single IP you can just ban in a second.
So you can reduce your risk of getting any IP ban and if it happens, you just use another server.
Unfortunately we wouldn't pass the KYC . Iran lacks connections to the international banking system, rendering MasterCard, Visa, and services like PayPal unusable neither.
But I havs many friends in Europe , I can tell them to do the kyc & payment stuff .

I checked @PulsedMedia , they had some great offers for Halloween but I'm late. and the bandwidth limit is around 50TB but I could get a dedicated 1gbps with 22$. I think I should wait for another special event.
And about @MrRadic , They have some great offers and the bandwidth is 1gbps dedicated with a 10gbps port. But the ping even with Europe locations is something about 90-150 ms . It would be around 200-300.
I wanted to do that before but most providers aren't okey with high bandwidth usage So I wouldn't be able to even use 90-100TB . maybe you have some suggestions? (at this point only ovh is ok with it and it's a little hard for an Iranian to use it.)
And about the IP ban , my usage Is only with CDN and I'm using fastly/cloudflare. there isn't any IP ban stuff also I can bypass censorship even with a banned ip.

We actually have nodes starting from 22€ a month, and cheap upgrade to full unmetered.
This is more of a recommendation, it depends on other users on the network group. The upgrades start from 7.77€ a month.
It's also if you say have 30 servers, and one of them happens to use 1Gbps 24/7 but others are more like 50Mbps, we look at the whole and ignore that one node using a lot.
So what is the cheapest way to use 300TB OUT?
I think 3x of the rdp.sh $10 servers in 3 diff locations would give you unlimited bandwidth at 1-5gbps on their vps and give you options for failover for IPs is the best IMO.

Yep its unmetered. They host plenty of tor nodes themselves which is very bandwidth intensive. They use Hybula in NL so you should have pretty good network connectivity.

If you want to use the VPS for freenet VPNs like httpinjector or httpcustom or ,ev2ray, especially for slowdns. Most of the VPS I tried so far shows no significant speed difference whether it is 10gbps ports or 1gbps ports, 1ram or 8rams, all shows similar speed.
bought one, It's actually good but not so special . It will be a good alternative.

Yes it is actually unlimited at the maximum port speed ur VPS has as long as whatever content isnt illegal. I ran a tor node there and no complaints ever from them
