Smells like VPN...grey zone for some if anything happens with dmca.
I dunno, it's strange, they have two different configs, one with a lot of space, one without...both of them wanting unlimited bandwidth. So, one of them could be VPN, for sure. The other struck me as some kind of a seedbox or a Jellyfin/Plex/Emby server, etc.
No seedbox, no vpn provider ambitions. -> No DCMA ever is my promise.
I't classic legal blockchain infrastructur.
Lot of Storage would be a necessary for indexing nodes or carrying a chain fullnode.
But this is an optional thing.

For such use cases, I won’t be surprised if your VPS are suspended after couple of months.
You should consider getting dedicated servers.
+1 for @dataforest , network performance is A+
+1 for both, premium providers for sure, though neither offers unmetered bandwidth for VPS'.

Dedicated 6 cores or shared 6 cores? $5/mo (your best offer so far) is not going to get you dedicated 6 cores, if that's what you're looking for of course.
@jayjay Is right, you are not going to find dedicated 6 cores for < $7 /mo. It is quite a stretch for even 6 shared cores.
Dedicated resources for a VDS are much more expensive. Also, you will not find 2TB- 4TB disk per VPS anywhere close to that price even with a magnetic host.
4 cores on VDS would more often than not better than power and stability for 6 shared cores on VPS, but it varies greatly by host setups.

Have you considered a couple dedicated servers at least for the 2TB-4TB disk space? You can add a hypervisor to the servers. If you consider buying a couple dedi servers for colo, or leasing them, PM me and we can discuss.
