    Assuming you're from a non-eu country (that doesn't have VAT system), I can lower the price for the Dedicated VM to 40$/mo.
    I can pretty much accommodate a couple of those while still keeping resources dedicated on that node.

    Not checked Hetzner Auction ? your specs are entry level server type, except if you wont give up on single 1TB NVME SSD. Assuming 8 cores as with core threads.

    Right now in Auction.. (with no setup fee)

    E3-1275v5 (4 > 8 threads 3.60 GHz), 8495 Score

64 GB, 2 x 512 GB SSD = 34.7 Euro / 37.5 USD

or i5-12500 (12 threads, 3 Ghz) 19891 Score with same above specs.

    and a lot you can compare there.

    Not saying anything negative about other offers here. I am using Hetzner server as well and for other needs, I found another provider here with different specs and using their server/vps as well. So depends on needs.
