What is the point of writing instant setup then?
Because they likely have staff working on approving orders.
On a financial perspective the offer and the manual approval does not make any sense considering price, staff work, on top of LowEndTalk's provider fee.
However, on a passionate level it makes total sense because they investigate each and every new customer for trying to avoid potential chargebacks, manually filter abusers which are passing through MaxMind's protection, and get to receive quality customers who might leave positive feedback or even vote with HostSlim.eu in the next Provider Poll of LowEndTalk.
It is kind of weird to manually approve €1 offers, but it also makes sense to avoid hackers and abusers with their chargebacks. In the end: it might be just another way of approaching marketing without paying the money-sink advertising of big players.

I understand manual approvals can take time, but I placed my order over 17 hours ago, which should be sufficient on a workday.
There seems to be another issue. It's just 1 EUR, so my expectations weren't high anyway.
Have you also lost millions during those 17 hours?
Typical LET response—I shared my concern because they mentioned instant setup. I understand issues can occur, but there's been no explanation from them. I'm not saying they're bad or filing a legal complaint. I believe I have a valid reason to share my concern, and I did.
So, calm down and relax.
for $1, i will wait up till 48 hours. anything more, will give me the impression that the infra/admin is not 'so' ready yet.

Bruh, I hope this is finished before my application project is finished. Because it is quite troublesome to add a server when the application has been published.
Sometimes people invest €1 in lottery in order to win millions. It is the same logic here as people invested €1 in ordering, but with every hour lose millions of potential buyers visiting their sales website which could be hosted in that €1/year hosting plan.
Maybe it does not apply to you, but many positive people nowadays feel entitled to potentially win millions with least investment.
