    Im interested in KVM VPS Package IV with yearly billing. What are my options to add more IPv4 addresses? @HostSlick

    Also the total with discount doesn't come out as advertised in OP:
    Subtotal€299.88EUR
    60% Recurring Discount€179.93EUR
    Totals€119.95EUR Annually

    Are you sure you select The correct package?

    The 299€ list price is Not for IV but for V. The highest is V
    The 239€ list price is IV and deducting 60% makes 95,95€ Here

    V is not listed here as its above LET limit/rules.

    I cant see which Ticket. Can you DM Ticket ID from the subject?

    If it was paid 2checkout, they made some Changes where we cant issue refund from their Panel and have to ask their Support to do so. So we sometimes wait a little bit more , which is a shame. Its giving me headache as Well. Once you sent ID i'll have it checked tomorrow during Business hours.

    Edit; i currently have two of such Tickets Open with 2checkout but none of them are answered since few days..

    while you did find my ticket, you still didn't manage to refund it.
