Looking for fast WordPress CP/Stack
Looking for a hosting control panel optimized for WordPress that I can throw on a VPS. It will be a home for my 'heavier' WP installations.
-Has some sort of backend caching for WordPress (Memcached/Redis?)
-Generates HTML out of the dynamic elements (whatever the name of the tech is for WP)
-Free/open source
-Easy to install
-Separate hosting accounts can be created so I don't get confused
Alternatively, looking for a paid service that has already done all this so I don't have to manage it myself. So shared hosting that isn't the usual awful overcrowded nightmare and isn't just a marketing ploy for WordPress.

Check Enhance.com . Paid but cheap for low number of websites .
If you want developer friendly thing, then https://wordops.net/ comes to my mind, although it is not something like a control panel.
Hestiacp
Cloudpanel
Enhance would be my choice for an paid panel, or CloudPanel/HestiaCP if I would pick something free, but I prefer CloudPanel for the ease of use.
Enhanche is interesting, but I'm not looking for a multi-server setup right now. That seems to be the main value-add there.
Wordops doesn't seem to have a GUI yet.
Both are interesting. I'm considering CloudPanel if nothing better is mentioned.
FastPanel is actually legit when u install memcached and enable a plugin object cache 4 everyone on the wordpress website.
With PHP-FPM enabled and a couple of workers u can get 90+ pagespeed with this setup.
My favourite stack:
Debian 12
Virtualmin
Mariadb 10.11
Nginx 1.27
PHP-FPM
Dragonflydb
cPGuard
I can configure and optimize this stack for you to have a real fast wordpress website not only on pagespeed insight results!
ALL-INKL Premium (https://all-inkl.com/webhosting/premium/)
Happy to help via https://SiteTide.com . Check out the "cloud hosting" plans. You get guaranteed resources (vcores, memory,...) and the environment is hand-tuned to your application (ie: wordpress).
Only real downside is that this kind of service is only provisioned during working hours, as it requies a bit of manual work.
:-)
RunCloud is great
If free (but not open source) is needed, CloudPanel, but it’s not as flexible
Use WP Super Cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/), enable super caching, and configure your webserver to directly serve the cached HTML files.
If you can manage it yourself, use https://centminmod.com/
The question is: do you have control over these WPs? And what you call heavy? Most of the time, it's just bad plugin choices, and a myriad of elementor-style plugins that kill the game
Tuning a server, cache and database, as well as maintaining it, represents a considerable cost, time.
There are enough specialized suppliers to avoid wasting time on this.
When a WP has a lot of traffic, it's preferable to keep WP in the back, and put a headless in the front ... Coupled with an S3 and a CDN, it's just unbeatable in terms of performance, but it does require a complete overhaul of the site's design ...
You can try xcloud.host as well. Support both LEMP and OpenLiteSpeed stacks, secured, accessible one server with ten domains for free account
Depends on your VPS spec, you might be able to use LiteSpeed Web Servers either for free or a small paid fee.
Their LSWS WordPress integration worked great. You can also get redis and memcached for WP's object cache.
For a paid, break your bank configuration, cPanel Solo + Cloud Linux + LiteSpeed Web Server works best.
FastPanel is awesome
