Interesting. According to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-system-requirements-6d4e9a79-66bf-7950-467c-795cf0386715 the minimum requirement (at least for 32bit) really is just 1GB. I kinda doubt you'll have a good time once you try to run anything though.

Don't know if you meant to quote me but the lowest Repuc one has 4 GB RAM. Personally at those prices I would opt for a higher plan anyway. Of course the double RAM offer helps!

FYI. I purchased a 16gb option last night. I could not check out using Stripe with 2 different cards (with no account issues). Not using vpn. I had to use PayPal in the end to purchase. You may want to check to ensure your Stripe checkout has no problems in case you are losing customers.
