Arista EOS Limiting Flow of Traffic on certain Ports
Hi LET Community,
I'm currently running a Arista Switch running Arista EOS 4.24.11M-2GB and was wondering if I could limit traffic speed of certain ports. All Ports of this switch are 40Gbit and I obviously don't need this speed on all of my Servers to not saturate the Uplink.

Yes you can do that just fine on an Arista.
shape rate 10000000 <-- 10Gbps
storm-control all level 25 <-- percent of port size
To limit in/out to 10Gbps on a 40G port.

Tried it right now, only egress seems to be limited tho, ingress is still unlimited.
You have to do both? or either?
Also does that limit both ways or as a whole?
