    Did you read any recent news? UN and NATO had to protect the new mayors to take seat, building burned, Serbia sent weapons... warez are of zero priority to Pristina. This area of Kosovo is a war zone.

    That is another story William, i am from Kosovo and i know exactly what is going on here... And for the end, based on my experience there is 0% that Kosovo can be describet as bulletproof country for digital activities.

    What you see are rented out v4 and old v4 prefixes and you confuse radb with rpki.

    have 2 /32 v6 from him. All others are his.

    All my IPs are in 194/195 ripe legacy, 41 afrinic and some others.

    The only i have RPKI control over are these:

    He's genuinely spewing nonsense... Kosovo... a war zone? EU countries with large migrant populations can be far more dangerous than the entire Kosovo and Serbia combined.

    What he's speaking of are common clashes with the KFOR forces where people let out some steam, but no one gets seriously hurt. Which is a far cry from a war zone...

    Their priorities are sucking EU/US dick, and not one of the countries that you're speaking of are good for anything short of hosting random shit that doesn't attract any kind of attention.

    Bandwidth in those countries sucks dick, too.
