    The SSD plans are on standard SATA SSDs, Dual E5-2680v4 or better.

    aye. I got a super cheap 12/yr vps from ramnode and a super high bandwidth 48/yr vps from slick.

    Also learnt a lot of weird stuff
    1. people like japan vps for some reason. and it probably has nothing to do with anime. and that spartan host is special to chinese.
    2. when you buy a vps, always change password, restrict ssh to pub key auth only, reinstall the OS too just in case.. because everyone and their mother are trying to brute force that port 22 before you even get the confirmation mail. china was expected. but even reputed hosts like ovh or digital ocean were sources for ssh bruteforce spam.
    3. visual web technologies is omnipresent.
    4. All hosts have some kind of shared fraud report list using email, The hardest i laughed for this black friday was at this comment https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3555570#Comment_3555570 .
    5. Linking a comment on LET is much harder than i ever expected. I went into that user's profile, search for the relevant comment and then copy that link.

    Always a good sign when a host offers an Windows version that's been unsupported for 4 years by default 🤔 Even extended support (expensive - nobody's going to get that for their $10/month VPS lol) ends in less than a year.
