    Tbh, you can just check out their peering https://bgp.he.net/AS16584#_peers then you would know it probably has slow speed to locations outside North America.

    We're GTT/Zayo/Telia/Cogent/HE, with peering on the SIX, NWAX, and SpokaneIX. It's got pretty good performance.

    Dual E5-2680v4 or Dual E5-2680v3, depending on what host your on. We can do host passthrough, but no promises on nested virt. We can try

    Its extremely hard to grab a deal from this thread. Deals goes out of stock in less than 1 minute. Can't keep pressing F5 all the day.
