    If you make up things like that I think it's best to not work together and you may indeed go with a other provider.

    i have replied you within a few second but you didnt reply me while i request you to say yes or no to move from you or not. But i felt rude just because i opened a ticket to remove vat and someone cancelled the invoice and not replying me anymore. you and your support system asked for id and passport so i provided id and not going to provide passport since its too sensitive,then within few minutes i got invoice cancelled. isn't rude for a provider? (not individual you)

    All orders not paid in specific amount of time are cancelled automatically.

    You could have waited for answer and I would have set back to Pending. Not a big deal.

    As said, reason for me not replying is said above

    Sorry, due to Hostbill and Proxmox filters. Even if a larger subnet is assigned, it cannot be modified in the client area.
    We have communicated with hostbill and expect a solution. :)

    I bought ServerFactory EPYC 4GB two days ago.
    They also have Proxmox.
    Their solution is asking the user to open a ticket asking for changing filter.
    As long as the user doesn't click Rebuild button, the whole /64 subnet will be reachable.

    I Have same issues, order being activated forever. Staff replying once in 24h asking the same thing over and over,things that I already did,loosing my patience. Probably will look for another provider

    I think.HOSTslickIt's good. Although sometimes it's slow to reply to the work order and punch in my server, he has returned the money to me. Maybe there is only one person in the service provider.
