    I just tried it, the speeds mostly recovered to yesterday's level. I asked on the Discord server, they re-balanced the instances (probably because of many new customers).

    i have replied you within a few second but you didnt reply me while i request you to say yes or no to move from you or not. But i felt rude just because i opened a ticket to remove vat and someone cancelled the invoice and not replying me anymore. you and your support system asked for id and passport so i provided id and not going to provide passport since its too sensitive,then within few minutes i got invoice cancelled. isn't rude for a provider? (not individual you)
