50% off recurring any VPS plan in the following locations:

    ~ Dallas, Texas
    ~ Montreal, Canada
~ Singapore (p.s. - Singapore will likely have unmetered or 10-20TB bandwidth in the next few months)

    Use code:
    EZDYH473H2

This code can only be used 3 times, so after 3 people use it, it's gone.

    Dallas VPS - https://extravm.com/billing/store/kvm-nvme-vps-dallas-tx
    Montreal VPS - https://extravm.com/billing/store/kvm-nvme-vps-game-montreal-canada-ddos-protected
    Singapore VPS - https://extravm.com/billing/store/kvm-vps-singapore-ddos

You can find looking glass, test IPs, etc on the main website https://extravm.com/vps.php. Dallas and Montreal use Virtfusion panel, Singapore is currently still on SolusVM.

The promotion code entered has already been used ,,,,,Hopes to increase the use opportunities~

So I had the code it said $14 in the cart and now I have a invoice for $21. I get that someone used it before me, but then it should not say $14 in the cart and charge me $21.

I am never doing this again, these promo code limited specials are just not worth it. I'm out of here.

    EDIT:
Please excuse my out burst. It's just the way these carts work with limited promo codes that piss me off. It's not the provider or the deal, it's the poor software design of the cart.

why are vps in Asia so expensive compared to EU / US? considering the cost of living or power bills etc.. it feels like Asia should be cheaper.

The IP costs in Asia are way more expensive than in EU / US. And commercial bandwidth will also be more expensive. Companies are balancing their commercial bandwidth costs when they provide cheap rate to residential. For example, CT offers 1G port unlimited traffic for residential customers. The cost is less than $30 a month, plus you get a few 5G SIM cards with more than 50GB or even unlimited traffic plus a few thousands minutes voice call and unlimited SMS. So, they have to have more profit from commercial customers.

China Telecom does provide unmetered EPON gigabit plans for home use at $25/m. But to be accurate, gigabit here means 1000mbps download from CT data centers, 30mbps (or hopefully 50mbps) upload speed limit, and arbitrary unguaranteed shared bandwidth to anywhere else in the world :) If you want a real dedicated gigabit port from CT, especially for international traffic, forget the cheapish deals and expect a more expensive price tag.

I guess maybe all these countries keep the majority of traffic within the country, and there's less demand for foreign media, and so less traffic internationally

Among the Alexa top ten sites, five ones are blocked by the Great Firewall, and the other five operate their servers in China, so I guess people hardly visit foreign sites. Unfortunately there're only <20tbps international bandwidth for 1 billion Chinese, so traffic jam still happens.

but it's still strange that somewhere like Singapore is several multiples more expensive for bandwidth rather than just something like 10-20% more.

AFAIK Singapore owns more fiber-optic cable bandwidth than any other city in the world. I would expect a lower price than EU or US
